Are we ready for CWG? Of course we are!

A few days from now and what ahead stands the long awaited CWG games. India hosting such a big event for the first time would be under the world scanner. So I believe it’s going to be a wonderful occasion to be a part of, luckily. But accompanying such great news are the allegations and reports of corruption, mismanagement and unhygienic conditions in the CWG village. Anyway, things are still ready now. The time has come to taste the flavor of this attempt that we’ve made. Digging out stories from the loop holed organizing body at this moment would serve no constructive purpose. Delhi government and CWG Hawk Suresh Kalmadi organized, renovated and developed a space where we see and appreciate brightly lit stadiums and other establishments. Though money was spent little lavishly but still we have landed safe. We should not though forget the fact that we are living in a Country where nuances are inexorable and where everything and anything is possible.

We no doubt are very good when it comes to organizing big events. Take the example of much hyped IPL which was kicked off in 2008. Lalit Modi spearheading the event put his efforts to make it a success. It was a much talked about event which was compared to other big leagues like EPL, NBA and many more. But what was the outcome Bechara Lalit Modi was suspended and his dream project was handed over to the other person. Same holds true for CWG however none has been sacked here. If it will succeed, people will appreciate his work but if corruption charges prove him guilty, neither Sheila Dixit nor his close associates will save him. He’ll be blacklisted like Modi and his work will go unnoticed. Sheila Dixit looked excited when we got the opportunity to hosting this event. Conventionally that time her promises and demands touched heights than what we are witnessing now. The work which should have been done in the last few years was done in 3 months time. Such is the potential of Indians that we are expert in drilling wells at the time of fire.

On the other end our media has willfully played a pivotal role. It dug out those facts and collected such figures that everyone started biting nails as it was unimagined. For example, lakhs were spent on purchasing toilet papers. See how modern it seems, in a country where 80% of our population lives under destitute and pathetic conditions. We can’t even buy them meals but for foreigners we arrange expensive toilet papers. But India goes rich at such moments incidentally. Ministers and their associates get benefitted from CWG through huge contracts our poor population grows poorer.

But away and apart from every loophole what stands a challenge is to show it to the world that we in spite of stresses can emerge out to be successful. We are a fast growing economy having potential to host any big event as like.The tools that can furnish our desires and undertakings are the instances of citizen participation, citizen appraisal and citizen scanner. After all we are second largest population, producing highest number of docs and scientists in the world. They settle abroad after achieving great positions which is another aspect.For now we have to make it a success either by sitting home watching it on TV sets or enjoying live on ground. Raise the dignity of our country and let whites appreciate our peculiar character. Let’s anticipate Olympic Games in near future! Of course we can!

AHA…!!!!! POLITICS

Politics is the process by which groups of people make decisions. The term is generally applied to behavior within civil governments, but politics has been observed in all human group interactions, including corporate, academic, and religious institutions. It consists of "social relations involving authority or power" and refers to the regulation of a political unit and to the methods and tactics used to formulate and apply policy.

Politics in India is misguided by our political leaders who want to do any thing for their vote-bank and money. But the point is why they are doing so, why some quarters are against and some not. These are some of the key problems which lie in our system. When something is happening like Terror attacks, communal riots we start blaming political leaders forgetting the fact that we are the culprits behind all this because we nominated them by the process of election and now we are going against them. If at the time of elections we should have voted for right person without any bias we should not have so many questions in our mind. But for every question there is some answer which we have to find and solve.

People are the real leaders of the country and they have the power to judge the working of the government and if there is any weakness they have to raise voice against them instead of blaming the whole system. India is no longer a developing country we are fast emerging nation and if people of India have no understanding with their leaders, if they don't support their leaders we will reach no where. India is having highest number of youth population and youth can change the face of whole nation.Instead of waiting for our senior citizens to come and teach them what needs to be done so that we will get good government and leaders.Youth of India should take initiative of tackling and informing others what is good for us and what is not good

If we are conscious enough to vote for a right person during elections, we will no longer have any complaints about our leaders and we will have stable government and people will enjoy their rights.

KASHMIRIS STEROTYPED

Kashmiri people are always being victim of harassament and detentions for false reasons in various parts of India.Parvez rasool recently detained under-22 kashmiri cricket player is one of the victim of this conspiracy. Why Kashmir’s are being targeted everywhere and why Indian government is not taking any step to end this drama. These are some of the questions which are sailing in everybody’s mind.

India is considering Kashmir as the integral part but why Kashmir’s are not being trearted like other state people, why there is lot of prejudices towards Kashmir’s. Is that because Kashmir’s are asking for freedom or for some other political reasons. Some are calling Kashmir’s terrorists; some are calling extremists and some something else. If Kashmir’s are terrorists and extremists then they should let Kashmir free from their rule, but this will never happen they will rule Kashmir, harass Kashmir at the same time they will call Kashmir as integral part.

Kashmir cricket player parvez rasools detention was one of the examples of how innocent Kashmir’s are being targeted. Rasools case was highlight that is why it came into notice otherwise it should have been dumped like other cases.so many evidences are their which are reveling that Kashmiri youth have been brutally beaten and murdered and given the label of terrorists, not even students are being spared.kashmiri students are facing many problems when going to other parts of country they are being asked to submit affidavit of not having any involvement with terrorist groups, address proof and owners are reluctant to give rooms to kashmiri students., but other students don’t have to follow these procedures.

So it is evident from the facts that Kashmir’s are being targeted in every field in every respect and nothing is being done to stop this injustice.Indian government needs to handle these issues properly so that in future innocent people wont be targeted.

DARKNESS TO LIGHT

Coming to this world is easy but to spent life according to one's will is difficult and sometimes impossible but the people who make it possible are real masters of it.
we all are coming to this world to do something useful,to acheive our goals,to leave behind some memorable acheivements so that coming generation will remember us and our works.But majority of people are not fullfiling their demands and their goals because they would have never introspect themselves .

manglore pub attack big shame....

Recent attack on Amnesia Pub in Manglore where girls were thrashed and beaten up by sri ram sena group an  extremist organisation showed the bad side of indian politics...its not the only incident in manglore ,few months before  they attacked churches and burnt many houses which created coummnal hatred among different quarters..but the prepartors behind this are roaming free on bail.government is taking no steps to stop these activities. 

KASHMIRI LANGUAGE AT THE VERGE OF EXTINCTION

Kahmir is known across the globe not only for its scenic beauty but also for its rich cultural heritage.being in banglore one can feel the essence of his/her own language which one hardly feels here in kashmir .banglore is known as the IT capital of india and is most popular city not only because of boom in the IT field but also for preserving there language so this means they are developing in both respects which we hardly find in kashmir .kashmiri people are forgetting their language and destroying their culture happily without knowing what will be the ill effects.Language is the identity of a particular society we kashmiris are least concerned about our identity and time will come when kashmiri language will be lost amid winds of trublent times.
i would like to share my experience being a student outside the state.when i reached the capital city of karanataka which is banglore the treatment provided to the mother tongue kannnada motivated me to write about the preservation of language .i was amazed when i saw kannada language written everywhere on buses,shops,railway stations,shopping malls etc which i was not expecting being a kashmiri because we have different ideology about banglore that they are only communicating in english.its true to some extent but not at all from shopkeeper to school teacher ,bus driverdriver to rickshaw driver everyone is communicating in their mother tongue kannada,if anyone has to stay in banglore one must be knowing little bit kannada because they are not aware about national language hindi.another good exmple of preserving kannada language is that you will find names of shops,advertise boards,name of bus stops written first in kannada then in English.In the field of mass media karanataka state has more then 3000 newspapers in kannada language which includes dailies.fortnighties,weekly.mot only this karanataka has their own film industrywhich is booming everywhere and hindi movies are remaking thir films in hindi one good example is aamir khan starrer Gajni which is showing how much they are concerning about their language.In karanataka people often pose questions to kashmiris that do you know how to read and write kashmiri but answer is same no,and every sensitive kashmiri feels ashamed in such a situation.
But comparing kashmir with karanataka story is different ,kashmiri people are hardly concerned about their language they even feel ashamed while speaking in front of others .its trend in kashmir to teach urdu/english to new born child so that he/she will be popular in society.we can find hardly any advertise board or other hoarding written in kashmiri language,now new avatar of kashmir is train and if you have seen train you can find name of railway stations or name of train written in hindi and english not in kashmiri which is big shame for kashmiris who are forgetting and destroying their language.In the field of mass media kashmiri language is also lacking far behind by having only 2 newspapers in kashmiri language that are weekely which is showing hw much kashmiris are careless about their language.on campiring kashmir with banglore we are backward in all respects from IT field upto preserving our language.if this will continue one day kashmiri language will have no caretakers and our future generations would get to read from histroy books that there ancestors once used to speak a language namely "KASHMIRI".
Sooner the better sense prevails to awake the demands of vainishing language to put the mess in order its responisibilty of one and all especially the common masses to help in restoring the gignity of our mother tongue.It has been rightly said by ALLAMA IQBAL"GAWADI HAM NAI JOO ASLAF SAA MEERAAS PAYE THEE....
